To coincide with the 50th anniversary of the City’s ground-breaking Landmarks Law, the Historic Districts Council, J.M. Kaplan Fund, and The New York Landmarks Conservancy, each commissioned independent analytical studies detailing various aspects of preservation. The combined reports are the most comprehensive look ever at the benefits of preservation in New York.
