Stoop Type: Low stoop with wing walls; rusticated rectangular pavilion with recessed round-arched entry with keystone, decorative reveals, double-leaf wrought iron and glass outer door.

Roof Type/Material: pitched; stepped end walls with chimneys; complex dormer with pilasters, inwardly curved pediment with cartouche surmounted by smaller round-arched pediment.
