Building Notes: An early promotional brochure features a rendering of the building that shows parapets above the cornice and a facade without fire escapes. If the parapets were constructed they were removed by the time of the 1939-40 tax photograph. The facade appears too dark in the tax photograph to determine if the fire escapes were installed at that time.
