Elements: Five-story rowhouse; smooth limestone ashlar facing; a complex elevation curves in at the western edge, contains an open loggia on the eastern end of the fourth floor, and is fronted by a balustraded balcony railing at the recessed fifth floor level; oneover-one wood sash windows; molded window enframements; pilasters with entablature lintels frame the second story windows; original center bay ground level entrance has an architrave enframement and a bracketed shelf hood with a balcony parapet above.

Historic District: West End - Collegiate HD

Alterations: Entry relocated to side bay; cornice removed and replaced by aluminum boxing; aluminum storm windows installed; wrought-iron railings and window grilles added at first floor; entry lamps installed.

History: Built as one of a pair of houses (Nos. 304 and 306).
